Author Biography

Paul Ramsey

Paul Ramsey moved to Prince George in 1975 to teach at the then newly established
College of New Caledonia. From 1991 to 2001 he was the MLA for Prince George
North. During that time he held a variety of cabinet portfolios including Health;
Edu cation, Skills and Training; Environment, Lands and Parks; and Finance and
Minister Responsible for Northern Development. He is now a Visiting Professor in
the Political Science Program at University of Northern British Columbia.
