Richard Stuart

Richard Stuart (PhD, LSE) worked for Parks Canada from 1976 until his death in 2005. As the Dawson historian (1976–1984), then subsequently as chief of the western and northern historians, and finally as a manager of the new northern parks program, Stuart made significant contributions to a broader historical understanding of Canada’s North.
