Laurel Parry

Laurel Parry writes poetry, fiction and memoir. Her work appeared in the 1997 Canadian League of Poets Vintage anthology and she was a finalist in the 2008 CBC National Poetry Contest. She is currently completing her first novel. A thread that runs through Laurel's writing is the routine of daily life, the details that bind people to each other, and how this shapes their dreams and aspirations. Laurel has lived in Whitehorse since 1970.
