Ross Coen

Ross Coen is an Alaska historian and writer who lives in Fairbanks. He holds degrees in history and English from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), and currently manages a rural energy development program jointly sponsored by Tanana Chiefs Conference and UAF's Alaska Center for Energy and Power.
