Susan Sugai

... is a retired oceanographer, instructor, and research administrator from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where she now is a non-degree-seeking student in creative writing. Her poetry appeared in Seattle Review, Greenfield Review, and Harpoon about 30 years ago.
